MUBBEG BUSINESS BREAKFAST

The next MUBBEG Business Breakfast will be held on Friday 11 November 2005 from 7AM – 8.30AM. Professor Phillip Steele, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Campus Coordination) & Academic Director, Berwick/Peninsula will talk about The Urban Plan for Monash University Berwick Campus.

The cost for non – members will be $22 (Including GST)

MELBOURNE CUP DAY LUNCH

Staff at the Berwick Campus got together on Thursday 1 November 2005 to enjoy lunch and cheer on as Makabe Diva made history winning 3 consecutive races for the Melbourne Cup. A big thank you to Sandra Laurence and Loretta Hagan for organising the Cup Sweep and lunch. The office of the Academic Director provided some delicious cake and champagne for the event.



AD-HOC ROOM BOOKINGS AT BERWICK

Please note that all lecture theatres and tutorial rooms at Berwick have been uploaded on the Monash University’s Timetabling System (MUTTS). All faculties can now make ad-hoc room bookings directly in MUTTS. Please approach your timetable officers to assist with room bookings.

Requests from external clients must be referred to the Office of the Academic Director.



INTERNATIONAL COUNSELLORS VISIT TO BERWICK

On Thursday 3 November 2005, 20 International Counsellors visited the Berwick Campus. Representatives from the three faculties made a short presentation pertaining to the courses offered at Berwick. After a brief campus tour the International Student Counsellors enjoyed morning tea with Berwick staff on the mezzanine.
