Andrew Marks and Rhondda Curtis, our campus counsellors, are keen to run another cycle of THRIVE sessions for staff.
They will be held in Room 174( Building 902)
Time: 4pm – 5pm on Thursday
Date: May 19 and 26, June 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 and July 7.
Details of each session are on the Community Services web site.
All staff attending will be given free copies of the excellent relaxation and stress management workbook on which the THRIVE sessions are based and get an opportunity to practice and build on skills gained in sessions. You can attend one or all of the seminars, according to your availability.
Rhondda Curtis is taking appointments now for anyone who wants to enroll. It takes about 10 minutes and $10 (which is a one off administrative fee) to do this. If interested, please make an appointment by telephoning her on 47221 (answering machine) or emailing: Rhondda.Curtis@adm.monash.edu.au.
THRIVE is a gift from the university and its sole aim is to support staff. Get the most satisfaction you can from your work.

| I am very appreciative of the prayer support from Monash staff as I faced some painful physical tests last week. Thankfully all was clear. This has prompted me to remind staff that I would consider it a privilege to pray for any of you or your family members who are facing sad or challenging situations. Please e-mail with as a short description of the need and I will pray accordingly. |
You can contact me on X 47222 Or email glenda.mattingley@adm.monash.edu.au
