There are changes that have occurred in the library since last year. There are quite a few! 2005 Transport & Parking Information

Berwick has over 2000 students, staff, & visitors that utilise the Campus facilities.

Public transport is available via Train services from the Berwick Station or Bus services which depart to various locations from outside the Campus on Clyde road.

A free shuttle bus service operates between Berwick Campus & Clayton Campus. The timetable is displayed on all entry doors of Buildings 901, 902 and 903 and also at the Bus stop from where the service arrives and departs.

As the Campus has grown over the past 10 years we have sought to keep pace with the pedestrian & vehicle traffic demands of the site and have implemented a number of initiatives to make accessing the Campus as hassle free as possible. Pedestrians are reminded to use walking paths provided, and to not access the Campus through the vehicle exit / entry lanes or to walk along the roadways.

Remember to ‘Look, Lock, Leave’ if you want your vehicle to be safe from theft.
All items of value should be stored out of sight and vehicles securely locked.

Bicycle racks have been provided and the use of a bike lock is recommended.

General vehicle parking is free on Campus in the White parking bays.

Coloured parking bays require the use of valid authorised permits.

Only Red permits purchased at Berwick are valid in the red parking areas.

For more information on the University’s parking rules please access the following web link:
http://www.adm.monash.edu/sss/handbook/9-13.html

All vehicle users are required to park within a designated parking bay. Parking on Campus is covered by the Victorian Road Safety (General) Regulations and incorrectly parked vehicles may receive an infringement notice.

Please direct enquiries regarding transport and parking to the friendly staff at the Facilities and Services office located in Rm G34 Building 901.
