Library news

Welcome new students. Have a look at the library’s welcome page at
http://www.lib.monash.edu.au/news/2005/02-newstudents.html it contains all the information you need to get you started!

Returning students – come and collect a What’s new 2005 leaflet from the library loans/information desk. It highlights all the changes that have occurred in the library since last year. There are quite a few!

The biggest change is that we have replaced inter-campus loans and recalls done through the library catalogue with HOLDS. The catalogue page provides details of what to do now. Check it out at http://library.monash.edu.au

We also have a new electronic notice board! Daily messages will be posted. Let us know what you think.

Don’t forget next week we are open normal semester hours from 8.30am – 6pm Monday to Friday and weekends from
1-5pm. Come and get a calendar, which details our hours for the whole year, from the loans/information desk.
